Parish Mission Statement:
As a Eucharistic Community, we grow in deeper communion with God and his Church when we recognize our call to holiness. As God's stewards, and with the help of His grace, we strive to fulfill our particular call to discipleship through prayer and work. Being formed in gospel identity, we are commanded to share the Good News of Jesus with others.
At St Benedict's you will see the phrase Ora et Labora quite a bit. It is in our stained glass and it is the simple mission statement for our parish. The words are Latin for "Prayer and Work" which are key words for what St Benedict's parishioners are all about. We are a parish of over 1,400 families located in a beautiful suburb of Tulsa, Oklahoma called Broken Arrow. We are also a stewardship parish which has a very vibrant community of ministries. These ministries are very active in the community and would welcome more volunteers. The parish is celebrating 30 years since it's inception and is an extremely inviting environment. So join us in worshipping the Lord. The mass schedule is found in the links at the top of the page.
