Welcome to the Mission of Hope Ministry of the Church of Saint Benedict.
We are an organization consisting of numerous loving individuals that have been in existence for a number of years serving the poor and less fortunate in our community. Since our formation, we have assisted hundreds families and individuals with monetary assistance for rent, utilities, medication, appliances, and a myriad of other needs to sustain daily life.
We have a food pantry and have assisted numerous families with the basic necessities of life, food. We do not offer hand outs, we offer a helping hand to those in need. We have been told by many of our clients that our assistance has changed their lives.
We receive our funding from generous organizations within the Parish including the Parish, both monthly and various second collections, the Women's Club, the Men's Club, the Knights of Columbus, support groups, the youth group, St. Benedict's Preschool, Religious Education groups, along with other loving and caring individuals within our Parish community. As you can see our Ministry is truly a Parish-wide effort to assist those in need. We are challenged as Catholics to do God's work on this earth, and we would be happy to have YOU be a part of our Ministry.
